About CloudPBX

CloudPBX is VoIP software that enables users to manage business calls, voicemail and faxes from any location, as well as offers unlimited domestic calling capabilities. The platform utilizes proprietary call-handling architecture developed in-house by the vendor, and is designed specifically to eliminate instances of echoes and other call disruptions.

The system utilizes redundant co-location facilities throughout the US, supports the user through automatic firmware updates that provide users with immediate access to any new features or functionalities as they become available, and allows users to port-in numbers such as any toll free or local numbers already in use. Additionally, the platform is equipped with an automated attendant with pre-recorded messages and after-hours greetings, company directly and extension functionality, and allows users to create routing rules through smart number routing settings.
