The program serves as a centralized location for all bookings and claims. Each time a user books lodging and transportation, the system starts to fill out an expense report and adds the costs to the trip’s expense total. Additionally, the product can handle negotiation rates between users and suppliers and enforce company budgeting policies to guard against unwarranted purchases. At the end of a trip, a manager can approve a report and submit it for reimbursement. Lastly, KDS Travel and Expense’s reports can be adjusted manually in the event of any cost discrepancies.
