MicroBiz is a point of sale software solution that works with omnichannel retailers. For brick and mortar locations, the program can search for items during checkouts, process credit card and cash payments and take down customers’ contact information. Users who work with ecommerce sites can send out order confirmations, email receipts and arrange logistics for outgoing shipments. For inventory management, the system can show all stock levels across multiple locations, send out purchase orders to suppliers and notify users of low stock. The product keeps full logs of all completed purchases, and users can create special discounts and promotions. Lastly, MicroBiz can log all retail employee activity.
