Mikogo is web conferencing and screen sharing software that facilitates online meetings, training sessions and remote support, and is designed as a join via browser system to allow participants to join meetings without requiring any software downloads. The platform is cross-platform and supports meetings on both PC and Mac computers, enables users to share desktops, documents or application windows with up to 25 participants during meetings, and allows users to shift presenter status to any participant in the meeting.
The software is built with two-way remote keyboard and mouse control capabilities, high-quality VoIP, video and teleconferencing numbers, and is equipped with a session scheduler and email or calendar session invitation tools. Additionally, the platform allows users to record sessions and VoIP calls, is equipped with a multi-user whiteboard and annotation functionality, and is designed to allow users to identify which screens they’d like to share and which windows they’d like to hide during sessions.
