MISys Manufacturing is manufacturing software that tracks manufacturing inventory, work in progress (WIP) and inventory location. The platform allows users to build multi-level bills of materials down to 16 levels deep, utilize cycle counting to facilitate net-changes for physical inventory and provides batch-orient or direct entry options for all stock transfer transactions.

The software provides businesses with the ability to choose from multiple costing method options including standard, average, LIFO or FIFO. Additionally, the platform facilitates full back-flushing of assembly transactions, establishing inventory minimum, maximum and reorder levels, and managing inventory across multiple locations.
