OB10 Einvoicing is an einvoicing software solution usable for both receiving and sending online invoices. On the accounts payable side of things, the program can import invoices in a variety of formats, display all open transactions and run compliance tests on invoices. After an invoice is fully verified, users can then issue the payment to the supplier. For receivables, users can create invoices from one of many templates, send invoices out to customers and make sure all invoices are legal. All system data is fully archived and auditable, and each transaction is fully secure. Lastly, OB10 Einvoicing supports electronic signatures and can automate route financial processes.
