As an individual using online job applications run by PeopleStrategy, I must say the experience is absolutely miserable. The process and interface are slow and clunky. I have run into numerous errors that required me to restart the whole application process. This application has default processes that automatically change dates on my application events. These dates cannot be edited, and I have to reapply again while trying to dodge the issue from occurring again. I have spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot, and I had to surrender to “this is as good as it gets”. A simple process has been turned into a nightmare, and I just can’t bring myself to apply for a job through any website running PeopleStrategy. This was a miserable experience.
