Well, you can’t even imagine how much time I had to spend checking my articles before I sent them for publishing. I used to have some paid checkers, but I can’t say I was happy about them. When I found a review about Unplag on Youtube, I noted that it can find cited passages in the text and exclude them from search results. This feature is especially helpful for me, as I write longreads and may cite some authors along the way. So, whenever I check such works with Unplag, I navigate to its system settings in the dashboard and turn on the auto-exclusion of citations. It’s a real win-win situation for me, since I don’t need to cut all cited passages from my writing to check the text without citations. So, I immediately get my paper scanned and receive relevant originality index. If Unplag doesn’t skip some properly attributed sentences, I do it manually. It happens not often. I also use the option which filters matching sources. For those of you who have already tried other similar tools, the situation with too long source list might be very familiar. With Unplag I can make search for matching content not so detailed. This saves much time, really
