About FormSite
FormSite is an online form solution designed primarily for ecommerce sites. To build forms and web surveys, users can edit one of the program’s design templates and add visual elements as needed. Users also have the option to add order form fields on surveys, enabling customers to easily submit their order and payment information.
Each time a new survey result comes in, users receive an online alert. The product can display all form results through a number of analytical graphics, and users can create PDF reports. Lastly, FormSite can export form data in a number of file formats, as well as integrate with popular tools such as Salesforce, MailChimp and Google Apps.
