Amphis Customer is CRM and contact management software that enables users to manage customer-related information including customer notes and letters, as well as create customer appointments. The platform is equipped to manage quotes, estimates, invoices, tasks, statements and job sheets.

The software allows users to set callback reminders and view daily calendars and schedules of what is planned for each day, as well as assign appointments, jobs and tasks to one or more employee or agent.
