    1. “CDC Pivotal CRM uses a proprietary scripting language…” – oh really? C# is proprietary?

    2. “…along with a proprietary development environment” – seriously? Visual Studio is a proprietary development environment?

    3. “The system also uses graphical development tools, which some developers may have issue with” – the only developers that don’t like graphical tools (such as the Visual Studio forms designer), are nuts….
