The platform is designed to manage procurement, sales contracts, IP licenses and internal agreements, automates the full contract lifecycle, and standardizes all contract development practices.

The software enables users to collaborate with stakeholders, works to ensure operational, contractual and regulatory compliance, and allows users to create contracts via Microsoft Word, pre-approved templates and legal clauses.
