Blueprint CPQ is a CPQ software solution that integrates with Salesforce, Magento, SAP and SalesLogix platforms to handle all customer quoting. Users start out by going through the software wizard to add their items into a database and configure all available options and features. As users begin the generate quotes, the program uses business rules and a calculation engine to identify price errors and upsell opportunities. All quote details can then be transported into a PDF or Word file and sent to customers through email. Users can additionally attach pictures and CAD drawings to quotes, and the system can send order details to third party ERP platforms if a deal goes through. Lastly, Blue Zebra Blueprint can review all sales data and configure pricing to meet higher margins.
