The Standard Edition is for small organizations and stores all your contracts, provides a complete electronic record for contract details and actions, automatically sends alerts for upcoming milestone periods and generates reports. The Pro Edition carries all of the Standard Edition’s functionality and additionally enables multi-user access, integrates with Laserfiche for document management and provides you with custom reporting tools. Lastly, the Enterprise Edition has all of Standard Edition’s tools and also supports full contract text indexing, multi-level security and scalable databases.
