CAFM Explorer Planned Maintenance Software is a full-featured CMMS program that allows facilities managers to plan and manage preventive maintenance. The software tracks legal servicing requirements, helping companies keep on top required maintenance, and the program also allows the user to send permit notifications to contractors directly and view daily workload and progress, ensuring that maintenance projects run smoothly. The platform is part of the CAFM Explorer Facilities Software Suite, which also features a Reporting Dashboard, Web and Mobile applications, and software for Asset Tracking, Cost Control, Help Desk, Property Management, KPI Reporting, Room Booking, Space Management, Work Order, and Work Planner.
