About CAFM Resources EvolveFM
CAFM Resources EvolveFM is a simple facility maintenance and management program designed for ease of use and affordability, and features modules for space and assets, operations and maintenance, and document storage. EvolveFM allows users to view facilities drawings that include exteriors, rooms, and even equipment and data jacks. A work order system allows managers to handle both reactive and preventive maintenance, and the document storage and sharing module allows users to archive documents, share documents and drawings with contractors and staff, and create downloadable packets.
About CAFM Resources
CAFM Resources developed EvolveFM to replace their original FMView software product, which was a browser based add-in for the no longer supported Autodesk FMDesktop. CAFM Resources is based in Londonderry, New Hampshire and was founded in 2008.
