The platform enables users to add contacts to the system, identify warm leads within the system, and track opportunities through a widget within the Microsoft Dynamics interface.

The software enables users to view any existing connections between the user’s organization and any account within the system by looking at email and calendar traffic, matches contacts to the correct account via email, and is built to sort contacts based on relationship scores (HugRank) and communication quality and frequency. Additionally, the platform provides users with analytic reports on communications and activity made with each contact, enables users to identify at-risk opportunities and poor engagement levels, and records all email and calendar histories for user access and reference.
