Efficy CRMEfficy CRM is a set of five web-based modules that can help you maximize your customer relationships. The sales module monitors all your customer projects and opportunities, supports CTI, tracks KPI and generates reports. The project module helps you organize your projects and time sheets. The support module directs and queues incoming calls and gives customers the option to leave feedback. The document management module securely stores and organizes all your documents in an easily accessible online database. Lastly, the marketing module helps keep client profiles up to date, organizes events and surveys and tracks email campaigns.

About Efficy
Launching its product in 2006, Efficy is headquartered in Brussels and currently services over 30,000 active users. In 2011, Efficy merged with fellow CRM distributor NextApplication, and in 2012, the company took over MegaSolution’s customer base. Additionally in 2012, Conteam Tec recognized Efficy as a strategic sales and service partner for the Switzerland, Austria, and Germany areas. Efficy won the Euro Tech Start-up Competition 2012 in Palo Alto, CA.
