The platform includes multiple key field service management tools including scheduling, invoicing, and location tracking.

The software enables users to manage all bookings and make appointments for staff, keep and manage payment records and proof of delivery, and track and monitor staff location utilizing the software’s mobile application and GPS location tracking functionality. Additionally, the platform optimizes staff routes in order to save on fuel costs and to facilitate optimized staff schedules, manages customer records and internal notes, and is designed to integrate with Stripe and PayPal.
