To facilitate document creation, the program features tools for user collaboration in real-time, drag-and-drop editing and easy resizing. Once a proposal goes out to a customer, users can then track its status and see if the document has been viewed and who has viewed it. If recipients agree to the document, they can submit electronic signatures with the form back to a company. PandaDoc Document Management works primarily over email, which limits the number of manual tasks associated with file maintenance.
