For paid time off, employees can request it through the program and automatically accrue money during leave. Users can install a number of different policy rulesets and exceptions, and the product can track all earnable benefits against service time milestones. Lastly, Paycor Time and Attendance hosts a number of self-service portals from which workers can manage their schedules.
