Qualtrics Vocalize is a voice of customer and online survey software solution that pulls in customer data from a number of different sources, allowing users to gauge their consumers’ levels of satisfaction. At the start of a campaign lifecycle, users can build out online surveys and distribute them to customers across social media and email. The program will then import all responses and scour the web for other sources of feedback such as review sites.
As results are collected, users can view real-time analytics on overall customer sentiment and drill down into specific demographic segments. The system can identify unhappy customers and start to resolve their cases, and users can check each case’s status. Qualtrics Vocalize also identifies insights into what the customer is thinking.
