Smartlook is business intelligence and marketing software that records all visitor activity and movements while on the user’s website. The platform records videos of what occurs on the screen including mouse movements and clicks, what form fields were filled out and how they were filled out, where users spent significant amounts of time and visitor browsing behavior and tendencies.

The software identifies how visitors landed on the user’s website, any user experience issues while browsing, why visitors chose to leave the site, and what ultimately convinced visitors to complete the purchase process. Additionally, when users discover any site or visitor experience issues, the platform allows users to share the issue via link to UX designers or developers in order to clearly outline the issue and begin work on a solution.
