Thoughtful Systems Scheduling Manager is a field service software solution that offers customer information and CRM features, job scheduling, employee information, payroll, mapping functions and more. The software can create mail merge letters, schedule reminders to follow up on customers, track account transactions and customer balances and manage all of the user’s customers’ information including map details for multiple locations.
The software also manages employee payroll data, job scheduling and team management and tasks. Another useful feature it provides is its mapping capabilities, which include integration with Microsoft MapPoint, MapQuest, Google Maps and Yahoo Maps. In addition, the mapping interface prints directions and routes, minimizes route time and suggests which time and day to plan a job based on location.
