Cyber Train is a worker training software solution that ensures all employees are fully qualified to perform their given duties. As workers undergo classes and workshops, the program keeps track of all their progress and guides them through each step of the curriculum. In the event that a worker’s license is set to expire, the system sends out a renewal requirement notification to management.
Once a worker earns a certificate, it is automatically uploaded into a secure online database. Users can add new requirements to positions on an as needed basis, and the product can process requests for tuition reimbursement. Lastly, the platform hosts a number of online portals from where workers can perform self-service.
