About Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite

Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite helps users find the products they need by connecting them with a 1.2 million supplier network. After users compile a quote request, they can send it out to a list of suppliers of their choosing and host an auction for it.

Throughout this process, the system can receive all vendor communications, bids, and documents. Once an auction is over, users can settle on a bid and contact the winning company.
