About CRM-Express

CRM-Express is CRM software available as both a desktop system as well as an online solution. The platform enables users to manage customers and customer contact information, provides visibility into customer communication histories, and facilitates access to the system from any web-enabled location including access to contact information, orders and invoices.

The software is equipped with a mailing list management tool designed to automate subscription sign-ups, mass mailings and mail-merge functionalities, task management and assignment capabilities, and enables users to utilize multiple contact methods including email, fax and SMS text message.
