SolarWinds DameWare Mini Remote Control DameWare Mini Remote Control is help desk software that facilitates screen sharing and session chat with end-users. The platform enables users to connect to out-of-band computers that have crashed or are offline, capture screenshots and create flexible access permissions.

The software allows users to create and deploy custom MSI packages, enforce two-factor authentication in sensitive security environments and manage remote access privileges. Additionally, the platform assists with the installation of the MRC Client Agent Service, and allows users to remotely control Windows, Mac OS X and Linux computer systems.
