About Remote Utilities

Remote Utilities is remote desktop software that provides IT teams with access to workstations, servers, and laptops over a LAN and via the internet. The platform allows users to view remote PC screens, control mouse and keyboards on remotely accessed computers, and assist users by sending keystrokes and transferring files.

The software establishes direct connections using the target computer’s IP address or DNS name, is designed to bypass firewalls and NAT devices when connecting over the internet by utilizing a built-in, free cloud service, and does not require complicated network configuration. Additionally, the platform enables users to provide ad hoc remote support using the Agent module, as well as 24/7 access to a remote PC using the Host module.
