MotivAgent is a gamification softwaresolution that helps improve employee performance at call centers. At the start, users can integrate the program with virtually any type of platform to capture its data. The system then has each phone agent create a personal online profile that shows earned points, photos and personal details. As agents deal with calls, they can earn points whenever they are able to fix an issue. Agents can compare point scores with one another on leaderboards, and the product sends out notifications whenever agents reach certain milestones. Lastly, MotivAgent can host auctions in which agents bid for prizes using their earned point totals.
