The program hosts a number of wikis, forums, and articles for all people associated with your company. Each time a piece of knowledge is updated, the update is displayed across a RSS feed. If you need to create a new page or article, the system has a WYSIWYG editor you can use to author content. Additionally, if you have customers and workers from multiple countries, the product can display pages in languages native to them. Other Moxie Knowledge Management features include viewing analytics and customer self-service web portals.
