OptifiNow Lead Management provides users with access to a large leads database and tools to handle lead interactions. Harvesting information from lead providers and marketing sources, the program can send out a new lead’s contact data to a sales rep every eight seconds. From there, users have the option of setting workflows for lead routing. For instances, reps can be assigned leads blindly, be matched with leads based on user-defined rules or manually cherry pick leads. Once a lead is properly assigned, OptifiNow Lead Management bolsters lead engagement by crafting a personalized message for the rep to send to the potential conversion.
