At the start, users need to upload leads into the program and can work with a wide variety of source types. The program then scrubs these leads by discarding ones with incomplete data fields, standardizing all names and addresses, removing duplicates and looking at other data sets to fill in additional pieces of information. The system can score all leads by telling users the optimal channels for approaching them, and users can directly reach out to leads online. Lastly, RedPoint Contact Optimization logs each interaction with a lead and monitors how well agents are making conversions.
