Tradepoint 360 has a number of good points but is let down by an abysmal lack of instructions of how to use the system and support which can take over 12 months to answer some questions. it has the appearance of being a two-man company with a programmer based in Pakistan. Account reconciliation is not particularly robust and although you can generate a lot of reports, many of these are much more complicated than what is required. For example it seems impossible to generate a simple report which summarizes sales of all products or categories of products over a specific time period. With some procedures, you also have to be very careful in the order in which these are conducted.

to the post below, I was wondering if anyone knows whether Tradepoint 360 is
still in business.. We are one of their customers but all attempts to contact
the company by e-mail since mid-November have failed and the telephone number
listed on their website returns a recorded message saying this number is no
    longer in service

Very user unfriendly. Poor technical support. So many “quirks” in the software that it interrupted productivity. You can only email because you are never given a direct phone line to anyone.
