ClientLook is an all-in-one commercial real estate CRM system that provide users with key CRM tool sets including contact management, time management, property and listing tracking, and a client collaboration portal. The platform is designed to integrate with Google, MailChimp and Mandrill, Buildout, RPR Commercial for REALTORS and TheAnalyst Pro, and enables users to create a property management system that tracks property ownership, monitors tenant movements and lease expirations, and ensures that brokers have access to up-to-date property information.

The software provides users with a property inventory module with attached related contact information, tracks all company listings, and allows users to publish listings in the public online marketplace CommercialSearch along with the user’s website. Additionally, the platform provides access to the Virtual Assistant team that works as a personal listing secretary.
