Kpi.com CRM Kpi.com’s CRM module integrates within the larger Kpi.com system, is comprised of four module aspects: sales, customer service, email marketing and web forms. The software allows users to add leads into the system via manual entry, sign-up forms, CSV documents and email.

The platform allows users to budget lead through an incorporated accounting module, provide on-going customer support and manage cases and tasks. Additionally, the module converts customer emails into service tickets, is equipped with a built-in messaging center and integrates within Kpi.com ERP systems to provide cross-company functionality.
