The company originally specialized in email marketing but has since broadened to incorporate other channels. Its email heritage still shows in strong content management and personalization capabilities. These are supplemented by powerful collaborative workflow, project management and marketing planning.

Like many European products, Neolane was designed from the ground up to support trans-national deployments with specialized features such as multiple languages and currencies. Neolane has unmatched experience in emerging channels and can easily combine direct mail, email, web personalization, digital printing, WAP Push, and mobile applications like SMS (“Short Message Service” or text messaging) and MMS (“Multimedia Message Service”) into a single, highly orchestrated marketing program.

The company, founded in 2001, now has over 100 installed clients. These include many very large firms such as Carrefour, DHL International and Virgin Megastores.

Looking ahead, With the launch of North American operations in 2007, Neolane expanded its global presence to include Boston, Atlanta and San Francisco. Neolane also serves customers through its existing European office network covering London, Paris and Copenhagen.
