Users start out by working with an API that sets workflows for incoming calls. For instance, the program can route incoming calls based on callers’ numbers, host an IVR directory and send caller data to internal databases. For users who work with CRM platforms, the system can route and queue calls based on CRM records’ notes. All calls and caller data are fully stored across the cloud, and the product can directly integrate with mobile apps. Lastly, Twilio Voice can take down voicemails and host conference calls.
