As the only fully-integrated cloud computing platform, NetSuite is also an actionable social commerce platform with the capability to link content from sources such as blogs, forums, product reviews, and more to customer activity and history. This information is then tied directly to the CRM system and database to provide a complete view of the customer.
Other NetSuite features include self-service options, streamlined order management, and real-time inventory management. And because the platform is delivered on the Cloud, implementation and maintenance costs are lower compared to other systems.
