PowerObjects Releases Guide to Help Companies Optimize their CRM Usage

PowerObjects, founded in 1993, is one of several companies that is distinguished as an industry leader in providing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM software solutions to customers. The CRM gurus at PowerObjects released their latest book titled, “Thinking of Driving Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online from Trial to Subscription in 30 Days or Less?” for prospective customers that are skeptic about implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The book is intended for both business owners and resellers, that possess a deep curiosity in installing a new CRM system into their enterprise framework, regardless of size, online or on premise.

With significant emphasis on the advantages of a cloud-based CRM software solution, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, the book should provide useful insight into both the potential advantages of a CRM system and the downfalls that can be avoided. The book is intended to help customers answer questions, upon hypothetical situations, that may accompany cloud CRM implementation.

Chief Operations Officer at  PowerObjects and co-author, Jim Sheehan, explains, “The book is intended to provide readers with the smart questions to ask when evaluating a CRM solution. We offer a series of questions that decision makers and those involved in a CRM implementation process can use as a guide to open internal and external dialogues as they evaluate the right CRM solution and plan for a successful CRM implementation.”

One of the most interesting facets of the book is the true-life stories of businesses who have experienced the CRM difference and the benefits that come with the system. Sheehan remarks,  “Nothing is better than learning from people who’ve gone through the process and since we focus 100% of our business on CRM, we wanted to be able to share some of our customer’s real-world experiences with the readers.” The General Manager for Microsooft Dynamics CRM, Brad Wilson, states, “The guide provides a quick and concise overview for customers and Microsoft partners to better understand how decisions around CRM are made and how to drive high-value scenarios for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online in an accelerated manner.”

Wilson adds, “It dispels some of the myths around CRM and highlights some of the critical questions to address in implementing a robust and effective CRM experience regardless of the business or technology constraints.”
