The platform works as a customer service ticketing tool that integrates Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp into the user’s customer service system, as well as facilitates customer service operations through email and hybrid chat communications that switch between live chat and email.

The software is equipped with case management tools that provide visibility into which customer tickets are still open and require attention, as well as which service agents are currently working on which customer queries.
