eVoice eVoice is a cloud telephony software solution that optimizes the way in which a company receives incoming calls. At the start, users need to create rules that dictate how incoming calls are routed. For instance, users can set automated greetings, extensions, queues and number pad navigation options. As calls start to come in, the program uses these workflows to guide the customer through the phone system. Once a call reaches an agent, the agent can forward the call, put the caller on hold and send out notifications to other workers. In the event that no agents are available, eVoice can take down voicemails and email or transcribe them.
