During calls, users can record notes and have their complete conversations recorded for future reference. In the event that users need to place outgoing calls, they can initiate them directly from within their CRM and email clients. The system can additionally host conference calls for up to 10 individuals, and users can set up workflows for how incoming calls get distributed. Lastly, Synety CloudCall Contact Centre can automatically attach calls to the CRM records they are associated with.
