As customer calls start to come in, users can easily route them to agents best suited with handling them and initiate call queues during busy hours. Meanwhile, the program automatically logs all call data and can display all call activity. During the calls themselves, agents can freely pull up customer information and route calls to others. Outgoing call agents can make use of the system’s autodialer, and users can generate and edit dialogue scripts. Lastly, CorvisaCloud CorvisaOne can manage call campaigns and track their progress.
