The service will answer calls with a professional recording, and then redirect those calls to the appropriate telephone number whether that be a cell phone, an office phone, or voicemail. The service announces the name of the caller, calls can be screened, and it can handle simultaneous calls with queuing and hold music. eVoice is meant to reduce the time spent answering and managing calls; it transcribes voicemails to email, making calls easier to archive, search, and scan. Voice calls can also be recorded.
