SocialToaster is a web engagement management software solution that uses social media advocacy to build brand awareness. Customers start out by signing up to become SuperFans. These SuperFans can share branded content across social media channels by making brand mentions, engaging in hashtag activity and sending out referrals to friends. Meanwhile, the program gives points to active SuperFans for each action. SuperFans can then use these points to earn badges and prizes, and the system can track the social media impact of each advocate. Lastly, SocialToaster allows users to send branded messages to SuperFans directly via email.
