Noetica SYNTHESISSYNTHESIS is a call center software platform that integrates CRM, scripting, and CTI. Through its visual interaction design framework and a foundation of SYNTHESIS Business Process Management, the platform aims to optimize the effectiveness of call center employees. To this end, operators can use the predictive scripting dialing system to maximize the rate of outbound calls, and they can automatically see customer profiles as customers dial in. Managers can also view the campaign data in real time and allocate assignments to phone agents accordingly.
