VICIdial is a call center software suite designed to handle inbound, outbound and blended calls. The platform enables users to create agent call scripts that include customer-specific data such as name and address, implement auto-dial functionality for use with call campaigns, and sends live calls to available agents.
The software is equipped with predictive dialing capabilities based on an adaptive dialing algorithm, and is designed to support single campaigns across multiple dialers as well as multiple campaigns for a single dialer. Additionally, the platform allows users to transfer calls and related customer data to another agent, broadcast dial customers with a pre-recorded message, and is equipped to send dropped calls to voicemail box, queue or extension based on user preferences and workflows.
