The platform allows users to enable a customer self-service portal equipped with IVR capabilities, build customizable IVR menus that utilize predetermined agent skill groups and manage high call volume through wait-time and position in queue updates, as well as a ‘call-back’ offer.

The software allows users to filter and distribute calls based on pre-set agent skills, priorities and needs. Additionally, the platform includes a screen-pop feature that automatically populates an agent’s screen with all relevant client records and previous transactions.
