This product is complete junk!!! Terrible interface, slow, and unreliable.  Based upon a 30-year-old

      Hello Cerberus23,
well that depends on the version that you are using
and if service manager is implemented on a week IT environment.
i do recommend you to RTFM.

I have some sympathy for Cerberus23. This is the first IT product I have worked with that has no F manual to read. Maybe our installation was botched, but the fact is our SM9 installation goes to the login screen every time we click on the ‘Help’ icon, and we have no paper manual. Trial and error is a slow and frustrating way to get to know a product.
